We are delighted to be able to offer you the opportunity to make anything you would like to from our website. For a number of years now, we have provided kits for groups to make at their leisure away from our workshop. So if you fancy gathering a group of people and running a session yourself, we will help you achieve this.

1) choose your products from the website – please give us 5 days notice for anything that says ‘pre order’. All of the items on our website (apart from our basic range of Christmas trees, birds, sun catchers, squares, and plant pot stakes) are prepped to order and therefore non-returnable. There is a minimum order value of £24.

2) Contact us with your order, and let us know how many people are attending your gathering.

3) collect the kits, make, and return everything within 2 days of your event, including all unused glass. From collection of the kits to return is a maximum of one week. Please do tell everyone about smARTsy!

4) collect fired items (allow 2-3 weeks, although it’s often sooner )

Our kits our super cheap because you do all the leg work, this usually includes the matching, so make sure you take photos of the makes + names!

INSTRUCTIONS 

1) use the containers to decant the glass so that up to 4 people are sharing. 

2) ask people to read the maker’s sheet before they start (see gallery for sheet to print)

3) have paper for makers to work on (not provided),  this helps with cleaning up. It’s really important to us that no work arrives stuck to any paper, so you will need to take them off the paper and put them into the trays for transportation.

Please allow up to 2 weeks before contacting us to ask if they are ready.
